All Contracts shall be subject to Italian law n. 1084 dated 27th December 1977, in execution and ratification of the International Travel Contract Convention (CCV) undersigned in Brussels on 23rd April 1970. The responsibility of the travel tour shall not exceed, in any case, the restrictions as established by the above said law.
DEFINITION OF PACKAGE TOUR
Object of the package tours shall be all travels, holidays and circuits “all inclusive” that shall result from the combination of two of the three elements hereunder – which shall be sold and offered to sales at “all inclusive prices” and shall have a duration exceeding 24 hours or include at leas an overnight stay : a) transport b) accommodation c) tourist facilities not directly related to transport or accommodation (omissis) constituting a significant part of the above said package tour (Art. 2/1 D.Lgs. 111/95)
Every booking shall be accompanied by a down payment of 25% of the total amount. The balance payment shall be due not later than 10 days before departure date.
The Company, as intermediary between travellers and suppliers providing services or facilities related to transport, accommodation and to any other travel arrangement, shall not be responsible for any damage that people or their personal effects should suffer during the tour, caused by injuries, losses, irregularity that should occur, delays, deficiency in transport, negligence of staff facilities, etc.….. The Company shall not even be responsible either for the non-achievement of the tour nor for mistakes caused, in both cases, by acts that can be ascribed to transport facilities, accommodation facilities, etc.…. or caused by diseases, bad weather, strikes, wars, riots, quarantine, etc… Any price increase shall entirely be in charge of the participants.
All tariffs hereunder shall be valid until December 2017. All prices include VAT and any other percentage. Should VAT increase, all prices shall be recalculated.
The tour schedule may be changed by the Company, at any time, because of factors outside Company’s control or reasons of major force.
CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
Any failure in executing the Contract shall be claimed by the traveller as soon as it may occur, so that a solution could be immediately found out. Any written complain shall be sent, by registered letter, not later than 10 working days after the date of return to departure place, or otherwise it shall expire.
APPLICABLE LAW AND CHOICE OF FORUM
All Contracts shall be subject to Italian Law. In case of legal actions, the competent legal authority shall be the Law Court in Brescia.
CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
In case a participant should cancel the tour for any reason, the cancellation charges hereunder shall be charged :
- Cancellation more than 30 days before departure date: 10% of total tour price
- Cancellation 30-21 days before departure date: 30% of total tour price
- Cancellation 20-11 days before departure date: 50% of total tour price
- Cancellation 11-3 days before departure date: 75% of total tour price
- Cancellation less than 3 days before departure date: loss of deposit

In order to fulfil any obligation with regard to its customers, “Youth Point – I Viaggi dei Giovani S.r.l.” has stipulated Insurance Policy n. 246/14/00510813 with Toro Assicurazioni, according to Decr. Legisl. 111/95. – art. n. 15 and 16.
IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION ACCORDING TO ITALIAN LAW n. 269 dated 3rd August 1998
The Italian law shall punish with imprisonment any crime related to juvenile prostitution or pornography, even though crimes are committed abroad.
